Warehouse & Distribution Building

Authorized builders worked with the city of Fort Wayne, IN to construct a rigid frame multi-span warehouse for Amazon. This building features a ClearBay bolted joist system, with bay spacing up to 60’. The exterior of the structure consists of DM40 Insulated Metal Wall Panels and 4’ masonry wainscot.

As a fulfillment center, this facility will be used for the receipt of inventory, packing, sorting of products, shipping customer orders, and supporting network logistics. An 8,000 sf partial mezzanine also houses office space.
