With a 101’ eave and complex roof, this is not your typical steel building. This unique structure encloses a custom designed seed processing & distribution facility built for Remington Seeds.

Designed and built within one year, this processing plant contains 13 levels, approximately 46,500 sf of floor space, over 320 linear feet of stairways and ladders, and more than 15,500 sf of 6” thick sandwich panel firewall.
