Climate Controlled Storage Buildings

Custom designed self storage complex that consists of four buildings. The main two-story building is fully climate controlled with heating and air conditioning and has both interior and drive-up units on site.

The drive-up buildings are heated using in-floor radiant heating. Windows along the east side mezzanine provide 24-hour visibility to the interior roll-up doors.
